About Faisal Al Jamhoor

Manager of the Asset Reliability Division with over 27 years of experience at Saudi Aramco, Aljamhoor has held key roles across Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Engineering. He has also played a pivotal role in several corporate initiatives, including the establishment of the Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) program, championing the Reliability Management System for global manufacturing sites, and leading the development of reliability-focused training programs for General Managers, leaders, and frontline teams. Additionally, he has authored several papers on the reliability culture.
