About Dr. Eyad Al-Khateeb

Eyad Al-Khateeb is a Senior Turbomachinery Consultant having over 30 years of experience with the world’s largest oil & gas production company: Saudi Aramco. For over 17 years, he managed Saudi Aramco’s Compressors, Gears & Steam Turbines Standards leading the responsible committee as vice chairman then chairman positons. He also led innovative developments and piloting of several relevant technologies that significant business impact company-wide, with career savings exceeding $3B. He is also a member in a number of Intenational Committees on machinery standrads and decarbonization sepcifications, including API’s Subcommittee On Mechanical Equipment (SOME). Dr. Al-Khateeb earned a Bachelor of Science degree with highest honors in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (Saudi Arabia) and a Ph.D. degree from Texas A&M University (USA).
