About Bader Al Jughaiman

Bader Al Jughaiman works as a CEO of the Carbon Capture and Storage Solutions Company with 25 years of experience in oil and gas operations. Bader joined Aramco in 2001 as a Rotating Equipment Engineer. He worked on design, construction and commissioning of several facilities. Throughout his career, he led different organizations within Southern Area Producing including Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and Planning & Performance Management. Between Jan 2019 and May 2025, he led the development and operations of Aramco’s first gas storage facility. On June 2025, he was appointed as the CEO of the Carbon Capture and Storage Solutions Company, a Joint Venture by Aramco, SLB and Linde. Bader earned his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 2001. He also completed his Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2006 and his Master of Business Administration “MBA” from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2017.
